What is WeBloom?
WeBloom is a Malaysia-based creative subscription service that offers unlimited design requests and WordPress development for a flat monthly fee. Think of us as your in-house design team without the overhead or delays.
How does the subscription work?
Once you subscribe, you get access to your dedicated Notion board, where you can submit unlimited design or web tasks. We work on your requests one (or two) at a time depending on your plan and you will receive fast, high-quality results with unlimited revisions.
What do you mean by unlimited requests?
You can add as many design or website requests as you like to your Notion board. We handle them in order of priority one at a time for the Basic Plan, or two at a time for the Pro Plan. Once a task is done and approved; we move on to the next.
How do we communicate?
All communication and request tracking are done via a dedicated Notion board. You can:
– Submit new design/web requests
– Check task status
– Leave feedback or comments
– Track your queue and delivery timeline
Of course, we do communicate via WhatsApp as well!
Can I pause or cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely! You can pause your subscription when you don’t have ongoing requests, and resume when needed. You can also cancel anytime; no lock-in contracts.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Most design tasks are delivered in 1-2 business days. Complex requests (like web design or full websites) may take longer, but we’ll always keep you informed via your Notion board.
Do you only work with Malaysian clients?
Not at all! While were proudly based in Malaysia and cater to local businesses, we’re happy to work with clients globally too; as long as the time zone and workflow are a good fit.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our services are time-based and custom-built for each client, we do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has started. You’re free to pause or cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
